Chocolate dipped merengue with almonds

This is a very fun recipe to make with your children and a great treat for any party.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of white part of the eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 tbls of vinegar

Preparation:
1. Reheat the oven to 275F and cover the pan with a baking sheet.

2. In a bowl, whip the white part of the eggs with an electric mixer. Sprinkle in the sugar and vinegar a little at a time, while continuing to whip at medium speed. When the mixture becomes stiff and shiny like satin, stop mixing and transfer the mixture to the pastry banking sheet making a merengue with spoon.

3. Bake for about 40 minutes. When the meregues are ready pour a chocolate based cream on the top and decorate with almonds.
